Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email [support@goofhead.com].
Customs & duties Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
Lost or stolen parcels If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, lost, stolen or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded free of charge. Without it, we'll help you open a claim with the carrier, but we can't guarantee a replacement for parcels marked as delivered.
