2. Eligibility You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products We try to show our products' colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display will be exact. Masks are novelty winter accessories. They are not safety equipment and don't replace a helmet or proper protective gear.

4. Pricing & payment Prices are shown in [GBP] and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you shipping confirmation.

7. Warranty add-on If you buy the optional 1-Year Warranty, it covers manufacturing defects (seam failure, print peeling, fabric tearing under normal use) for 12 months from delivery. It doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, loss, or damage from washing against the care instructions.

8. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Goofhead or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

9. User content Reviews, photos and comments you submit may be displayed on our site and social channels. You confirm you own the rights to them and that they're not unlawful or offensive.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.
